Baling Petrochemical Co. Ltd is listed among the top 500 powers in China with advantages in the combination of oil, chemical, fiber and fertilizer products and in the integrity of products. With the largest catalytic unit of oil refinery in China, as the domestic largest producer of SBS, caprolactam, epoxy resin and cyclohexanone, Baling is an important energy and chemical production base in south-central China.

The Synthetic Rubber Division of Baling Petrochemical Co. Ltd. has been developed to be the largest manufacturer of lithium polymer. Its products have been exported to more than 20 countries including European Union, USA, Japan, Korea and have received good reputations. The division possesses 14 different kinds of plants used in producing and researching, like 200kt/a SBS, 40kt/a SIS, 20kt/a SEP/SEPS, 40kt/a SEBS, 60kt/a Polypropylene and 60kt/a Cis~l, 4-Polybutadiene Rubber, etc.

Epoxy resin division of Baling Petrochemical is one of the domestically largest bases for researching, producing and selling epoxy resin. It is also the only large-scale chemical enterprise in China, integrating production of caustic soda, chlorine products and epoxy resin. There are 14 plants, including caustic soda plant with an annual capacity of 72kt, allyl chloride plant with 52kt, epichlorohydrin plant with 28kt and epoxy resin plant with 120kt. The products cover more than 70 varieties, such as ionic membrane caustic soda, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, allyl chloride, epichlorohydrin, CYD series epoxy resin, type E series epoxy resin, o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin, bisphenol A type phenolic epoxy resin, Water bome epoxy resin, wind power epoxy resin, epoxy resin curing agent, diluents, flexibilizer and etc.

The liquid epoxy resin with SINOPEC trademark is the first one in the industry to succeed in registering in REACH and wind power epoxy resin has been GL certified. O-cresol fbnnaldehyde epoxy resin has been industrialized in our company with desirable quality for the first time in China. Water bome epoxy resin has been widely used in floor coating, corrosion-resistant coating, wall coating, and concrete strengthening. The quality of wind power epoxy resin has been up to the international level.
